Waterfront ocean access canal, Kayaks, Bikes Beach

We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car. The space Modern beachy house for 4 guests. The house has 2 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, large kitchen, family room ( 70 inch smart tv ) and garage space. The main living level has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms ( main room has king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed ) The downstairs has a full bathroom, along with indoor and outdoor seating area. The house is airy, full of natural light and modern. Fastest WiFi, 3 large smart TV’s. Washer and Dryer. Both beds are top of the line mattresses (people ask us all the time what kind of mattresses they are as they’ve gotten the best night sleep they’ve gotten in a long time), oversized walk-in showers with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer and 5x mirror. Large outdoor deck with furniture and patio lighting. 2 hybrid bicycles. The neighborhood looks like Key West! Stilted homes on access canals. 1/4 mile ( as the crow flies) to the ocean. Closest beach accesses ( 2 miles ) are Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Barefoot Beach and ever popular Vanderbilt Beach, all a bike ride away. Wiggins Pass (ocean, beach) is about a mile by Kayak! Many mangrove tunnels to have fun in the kayak. There is so much wildlife to see around here. Many types of birds, fish, and porpoise in the canals. You can bring or rent a boat or jet ski’s and leave them tied to our dock for your stay. We are walking/bike ride to a quite a few restaurants. Publix, Trader Joe’s and Walmart are within 1.5 miles. Everything you need is right here! This is vacation at its finest! The house is on an access canal with views of the canal and wildlife. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck or dock hanging over the canal. You can kayak east and meander through the mangroves with tons of wildlife including manatees, otters, herons, ducks, raccoons, spoon bills, iguanas, and bald eagles! If you head west out of the main canal it’s about a 30 minute paddle to the ocean. You’ll see porpoise, manatees and pink spoon bills. Once you get to the pass you’ll be at the famous Bare Foot Beach and Wiggins State Park. The house is just minutes from shopping, dining, and some of Southwest Florida’s most desirable beaches. Mercato offers 12 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers and hosts a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and it’s only 3 miles away. Go shopping at Waterside Shops an open air mall located 4 miles from the house. Shop or stroll Venetian Village, another open air mall located on the bay with beautiful views, shops and restaurants. Play and dine at 5th Ave South, an irresistible mix of Glamour and laid-back ease. 3rd Street South is surrounded by the colorful original beach cottages and lovely houses of old Naples. The sophisticated and delightful shops, the renowned fine restaurants, bistro’s, and courtyards all amidst the lush colorful cascading flowers and landscaping of historic downtown Naples. There are bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, towels, beach bags, umbrella, blankets and coolers. No pets at the present time. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Feel free to walk all around the property. Other things to note We have bicycles, kayaks, fishing rods, beach towels, beach bags, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs for your use.
