Located less than 60 minutes from Montreal, this is the perfect place to spend memorable moments with family and friends. ♦ The cottage offers 6 private bedrooms. One bedroom offers a full private "In-Suite" bathroom. The second and third bathrooms are strategically positioned on the ground floor and in the basement. Bedrooms offer different bed sizes with different mattress and pillow firmnesses for every taste. ♦ The kitchen includes all the amenities to allow you to cook as if you were at home. All the necessary equipment is provided to prepare delicious meals. Bathroom essentials will♦ also be at your disposal (soap, shampoo and bath towels). Extra pillows and sheets are provided to make you feel perfectly comfortable! ♦ Our large living room with sectional sofa is lined with a wood-burning fireplace and a built-in Roku TV, so you can log in to your Netflix account or other. The adjacent dining room offers panoramic views of Lake Saint-François, so you can dine while watching the sunset. ♦ The terrace is equipped with chairs and a picnic table to seat several, as well as a BBQ with propane. ♦ The property offers outdoor games for the summer (badminton, volleyball, soccer), as well as a single kayak and a double kayak. Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15 to May 1. Also, enjoy the fire pit in the summer to roast marshmallows! ♦ Access to the water is deep enough, there is a dock on the lake with a ladder to get in and out of the water with ease. Guest access ♦ You will have exclusive access to the interior and exterior spaces of the property, with the exception of the garage and a storage cupboard in the basement. Other things to note 1) We do not recommend drinking tap water. You should therefore buy drinking water before your stay. There is a second refrigerator in the basement where you can store your water, as well as an 18.9 L water dispenser for which you can bring a water bottle. 2) You must purchase your firewood if you wish to use the outdoor fireplace or indoor fireplace. You will receive a guest guide with addresses on where to get it. In winter: You are responsible for clearing snow from the access to the outdoor fireplace 3) BARBECUE - Due to the cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April. 4) In one of the bedrooms, a slight pump noise can be heard when water is needed. If you're a light sleeper and stay in this room, we recommend bringing earplugs to reduce this noise.
