This is the Daylight basement level of my home. Newly remodeled, it is 1100 sq ft. with private entrance through the back, a large bedroom, full bathroom, spacious TV/game room, (washer and dryer shared but on your level). It is like it's own apartment but there is a standard open stairwell that connects the two levels separated by a sound barrier curtain. I live upstairs and respect peoples privacy. The space You have your own full sized refrigerator and microwave oven. I do allow light access to my upstairs kitchen upon request if you need access to the oven. Guest access You have a Kitchenette with a microwave, full refridgerator, coffee maker. Just leave your dishes at the top of the stairs and I will have then back in a few hours. You can always use my full Kitchen upstairs if you'd like to! During your stay I live upstairs and respect peoples privacy. I work days and am available in the evenings to help you navigate the area or to suggestent ertainment in the area. Other things to note Ceiling heights in apartmentat are between 6'2 and 6'5
