It offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Laguna Madre Bay, state-of-the-art amenities and a great location. The space This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo has bird's eye views from every room on two levels. Spacious balcony off the living room includes your own huge private sundeck with plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the sights and sounds of South Padre Island. This is a large two story townhome style condo in one of the best properties on South Padre Island. Walk into a newly remodeled open floor plan. Decor boasts soft tropical tones and light furnishings. The updated kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen island comfortably seats several people. Beautiful bamboo dining table accommodates up to 6 people. A stack washer and dryer is conveniently located on the ground floor of the unit. No need to deal with taking unwanted sand with you. The master and third bedrooms are furnished with king size beds as well as flat screen TVs. The second bedroom has a full size bed and table for two for reading or playing games. All bedrooms have balconies with 12th floor views. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have adjoining balcony with a view of the Gulf and Bay. Watch the sun rise or set from the comfort of your condo. PLEASE NOTE: The condo features two flights of stairs. As such, it may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty walking or navigating stairs. Since the resort caters to families, we cannot accept reservations for vacationing students under the age of 25. Young singles unaccompanied by a parent WILL NOT be permitted to register. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rent. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS STAYING DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH AND 7 DAYS BEFORE GOOD FRIDAY UNTIL EASTER MONDAY** For anyone booked during the month of March, all adults must be at least 25 years old and provide identification before arrival. Additionally, there are forms that must be completed, which will be sent to you via email once your email address is confirmed. Exceptions for adults under 25 will only be considered if traveling with a parent or legal guardian.
