A peaceful year-round getaway on Sebago Lake! Whether it be ice fishing and skiing in February, swimming in July, or leaf peeping in October this is the perfect place for family and friend getaways! Tons of nice local family-friendly hiking spots. Located right on the waterfront, bring your bathing suit, kayak, and favorite floaty! The space Two bedroom lake house with picturesque views throughout the entirety of your stay. Rocky beach front with a dock. Large lawn for games, barbecues, and sunbathing! Home comes with kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, 2.5 baths, and two upstairs bedrooms. The main bedroom bathroom does not have a door but is around a corner for privacy. As well as a newly renovated daylight basement that is perfect for playing games and lounging! The water comes straight from the lake so we recommend bringing your own drinking water. We will provide the first gallon. Guest access We share the driveway with two other properties. THERE IS A THREE CAR MAX IN THE DRIVEWAY! You will be able to fit three cars across the front of the garage. The parking is monitored by the association. Our good relationship with the neighbors and association is very important for the ability to rent this property. There is a lock box with the key for you when you arrive. We ask that you respect the property boundaries as some of our neighbors are quite close. There will be a map on the refrigerator and in the welcome folder to better describe the space for you! Other things to note This home was built in 1929 by our great, great grandfather. It has been in our family for many generations and is a cherished part of our family.
