This privately owned Lake House is one of a kind. Located on Wolf Creek, 5 minutes from Grove and sits on a 150 acre pasture. It offers peace and quiet and a breath taking view of the lake! House located on Wolf Creek-Grand Lake on a private ranch. Events, Retreats, Family Trips or visiting Grove. Beds and futons for 12+, plenty of floor space for others. Also on the property and available upon request is a Small Cabin, Gathering place and Dock.(URL HIDDEN) additional fee may be required. Please stay on the grounds that are mowed and cleared. It is a working ranch with a pasture that is not included for Lake House guest. We are locally available during your stay. There are no other houses or guests within the immediate area of the property. There are houses across the inlet by the boat dock. Great place to unwind, hold events, enjoy the view and all the lake offers. Fishing is permitted off the dock with a life vest. The property is located about 2 miles north and 2 miles west of Grove, OK that is accessible on a black top covered country road. The final approach to the house is thru the ranch via a gravel inroad. There is a TV in the Lake House with DISH service. This house sits in a pasture and wild life native to the area can be frequently seen: geese, ducks, deer, pelicans, egrets, cranes, raccoons. Other wildlife native to Northeast OK that are less common but may include eagles, snakes, road runners, ticks. Please stay on grounds that are cut and maintained.
