The home features two full bedrooms and baths upstairs along with a separate third room, a “second” living room with a fold-out couch and closet. Downstairs, on the main level, is a powder room with washer and dryer, formal living room (with a great TV!), the dining room and kitchen. The inviting front patio has plentiful seating, a mechanized awning, large grill, and entertaining space. Upstairs and out back, off the master and second living room, there’s a private courtyard complete with salt-water hot tub! Both patios are a delight with the numerous trees, vines, grass and both patios have street access for quick trips downtown. The home is located only 3-4 blocks to either Canyon Rd or the Plaza, and though a car may be optional, there’s a garage just steps from the front door. Located as part of a compound, the home is an end-unit condo set back from the street. Enjoy ducted air conditioning or heat, sizable televisions, quality linens, comfy couches, two wood-burning fireplaces, and the trademark: a dahlia in every room.
