DirecTV streaming (live cable channels). HUGE 65" TV, Ping Pong, arcade, & board games in the basement. There are 4 beds & 3 bedrooms. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, & 2 twin beds. Short drive to USAFA! NO PETS/SMOKING ID REQUIRED ON PROFILE/21+ NO PARTIES/EVENTS The space Very quiet neighborhood located close to Academy Blvd. Only a 10 min drive to the US Air Force Academy. Dublin Park is a short, 4 min walk from the house. There are 3 living areas and 4 levels in this home. The main level is great for entertaining. It is very open and spacious. The kitchen island has seating for 4 and the dining table seats 6. Your entire group will love hanging out together in this space. From this space, you can go up to the bedrooms, down to the lower level living space, out to the front deck (incredible views of Pikes Peak), or out to the back patio with hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. The upper level features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath. The master bath has a new, spacious shower with a bench. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is a hall bath that includes a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have room darkening shades and closets. There are also white noise machines and cell phone charging stations in each room. The lower level (garage level) features a 55" Smart TV and plenty of seating for 6. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry room on this level. The basement can be accessed from lower living area. The basement features a huge 65" Smart TV, arcade game, and Ping Pong Table. There is also a game table with plenty of board games in this space. The outdoor spaces are what Colorado is all about. The front deck is a great place to relax and look at the views. Whether it's coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening, it is a great place with an awesome view! The back patio includes a patio table (seats 8), a gas fire pit, a hot tub, and BBQ. Driveway is very steep - low vehicles use caution. There is also a step at the end of the garage - use caution when pulling in. Garage measures 7 ft tall, 17 ft wide, and 18 ft deep. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including the 2 car garage. There is a smart lock (key-less) on the front door. We use the MyQ app for the garage, but it can also be opened without the app. Other things to note - Short-term Rental Permit #: A-STRP-25-1091 - Our hot tub is professionally maintained once a week. Maintenance on the hot tub may occur during your stay. The maintenance person will need access to the backyard. They will knock on door or ring the doorbell when they arrive. - Hot tub is for 12 years of age and older. - Trash day is Tuesday. If your stay falls on this day, the trash and recycling bins need to be put out curbside Monday night or by 7:00 AM Tuesday morning. The bins are in the garage. - Driveway is very steep - low vehicles use caution. There is also a step at the end of the garage - use caution when pulling in. Garage measures 7 ft tall, 17 ft wide, and 18 ft deep. - Snow removal crew will clear any significant snow that falls. You will be notified. We also provide snow shovels & ice melt. The house has a snow brush for your vehicle as well. - If you park on the street, lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
