Seeking responsible guests only - no parties, etc. This second-story space features 3 bedrooms - a queen bed in each - 2 in the front of the apartment and one in the back. The back bedroom boasts it's own private bathroom while the second bathroom is centrally located within the apartment. Complete with entry room, dining room, living room, small kitchen and office, our space includes a washer/dryer and updated appliances. Our space is the perfect place for professionals in town for stays of 30+ days. This fully furnished unit comes stocked with linens and towels for your stay. The unit has central heating and AC. We provide essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, coffee pods etc for up to a week. After that guests are expected to purchase their own toilet paper and other products. Guests should plan to bring shower essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc). Month by Month or bookings over 30 days includes the furnished apartment, water and wifi. Tenants are responsible for gas & electric services during their stay. We have a stacked washer/dryer within the unit. It is our guests responsibility to supply their own detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc. Cleaning costs in our listing are for the final checkout cleaning. We require our space to be professionally cleaned once per month for multi-month stays at an additional cost of $100 per cleaning (will be billed on checkin). We will coordinate with our guests and our trusted cleaners to come out and perform monthly light cleanings and a final exit clean on the property upon departure. Despite having scheduled cleanings we ask our guests to maintain a clean environment within the unit during their stay. A vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies are provided so guests are able to perform routine cleanings themselves.
