The third bedroom is a converted patio that is accessed from this bedroom. The third bedroom is a converted outdoor patio. The room is off the second bedroom which is considered the third bedroom. The room has a twin size bed. There is a portable heater unit in this room giving it control over the temperature. The outdoor garage in the back is locked, it is used for storage by the owner.
