Or shop, fish, boat, or run your toes through our lush green property with wood fire pit; comfy outdoor seating, hammocks, yard games, bird song filled mornings & star filled nights. Welcome to Ephraim Village Cottages. The space This cottage is on the front of our 3 acre resort. Cottage includes a huge front yard sheltered by old growth cypress bushes and an incredible picture window in the living room that looks out over a forest of old growth cedar trees. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare 3 meals per day. It also has comfortable living room furniture, flat screen TV with Spectrum cable, games and books, a full bath with tub/shower combo, and three bedrooms (one queen and four twin beds), one AC unit, baseboard heat, and boosted WiFi. Deck chairs rest on the covered porch and are perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Parking is right next to the cottage porch and can fit three cars end to end or two cars and a boat trailer. Guest access The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. There are 9 other units on the property which are only accessible to guests renting the unit. However, the fire pit is available for use at any time of day/evening. The children's playground is available from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Other things to note You will want to bring the following items for your stay: 1. Charcoal and lighter fluid if you enjoy grilling (we may have some left over from guests) 2. Doggie bed, crate, bowls, towels for muddy feet and doggie duty bags. 3. Spices/Salt/Pepper as well as foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, and food storage containers. 4. Ice. Bags available for $5/each.
