Cute 3 king with 85" 4k TV, near huge park POOL

Cute and quiet older house with 3 king beds. Just added Huge above ground pool, but no safety fence or deck yet. Working on that but do not rent if that is a concern. Huge 85" top end Samsung 4k tv, brand new tech! Like having a movie theater in the living room!!!!! pool closed oct-mid may Comfortable memory foam mattresses. New listing, forgot to take picture of kitchen. Ice maker and water are not hooked up yet. washer and dryer are in garage. garage is not cleaned between every guest. The space Very cute 1960"s house on big lot. 3 bedrooms with king beds. Huge above ground pool closed from oct-may.. not landscaped or fenced around pool yet, although entire yard is fenced. Pool pump plugs into house. Please be aware of safety and kids. Pet fee $25 per pet per night. 2 bedrooms have 55" Samsung 4 k tvs There is a new dishwasher, installed jan 2022. Mattresses are super comfortable. Washer and dryer are in garage and are used for house laundry as well as guests. Garage is not part of rental although you are free to use it. We don't clean it every time although we check it often, and can't promise someone hasn't left trash or materials for yards. We leave the basics for your stay but do not replenish tp or other supplies during your stay. We do leave a lot of condiments and pantry items that we purchase or guests leave. This is for your convenience. All guests must be on reservation, and permission in writing for more than 2 people over. Dogs are allowed with $25 per night pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and pick up after them. For this airbnb pets are not a guaranteed amenity, pet fees are paid seperately. We reserve the right to refuse any pets and ESA's have a pet fee. Service animals are always welcome with proof of current vaccines and never left unattended in house. All pets must be cleaned up after and pet fees paid prior to check in. Any violation of the rules, undisclosed pets or extra guests or more than 2 daytime visitors without prior permission may be subject to cancelation of reservation with no refunds. I absolutely allow people over to visit or for a special dinner etc as long as you let me know in writing. Please communicate prior to bringing extra people or pets so we dont mistake them for extra guests. Sediment at the bottom of pool is very normal. After cleaning whatever doesnt get sucked into filter settles to the bottom. Guests can vacuum it up, or stir it up and the filter will again get some of it. Also dirt from feet can add to it during the stay. Please don't book if you aren't comfortable with sediment at the bottom of pool because it's common and expected. Most people know this, but once in awhile a guest is disturbed. I added some pictures of normal sediment to the add as well in backbyard. 2 block walk to Fichner Mainwairing park. 4.8 miles to us cellular field. Nice quiet older neighborhood. Please no noise outside after 10. Outdoor table but no grill. Guest access Garage is not part of listing and we don't clean it between guests. However you are welcome to use it. Washer and dryer also in garage, you are welcome to use and extra towels are often still in dryer upon check in.
