Trillium Park Place

My place is close to parks, restaurants and long lake. From here you are less than 10 min from enjoying a day at the beach, or the lake. Downtown Nanaimo is a short drive away. Use this as a home base while exploring Vancouver Island. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). An additional $25 fee per stay will be added for pets this will come as a modification to the rental and needs to be paid before check in. The space 3 Bedroom main floor of house, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Seperate entrance about 1200 sq/ft Dogs are welcome there is a green space out back that is good for kids and animals(with an additional fee). We offer WiFi and Netflix. We also have a portable air conditioner available. Other things to note WiFi and Netflix are available. Parking is in the driveway which is a bit steep (shown in pictures), backing in works best. The back yard is a shared space and accessed around the side of the house.
