Private screened balcony/lanai with water views. Located on intercoastal, you will enjoy boating AND beach life! Boat docks available through the Marina for fee. This is "old Florida" at its best in ambiance and lifestyle. Community offers tennis court, pool/hot tub, bbq, as well as a kayak launch. 14 days min stay Apr-Dec. The space This Longboat Key townhome is ideal for boaters (dockage available through the Marina onsite - fee payable to the Marina directly). Great location across from the beach; a two minute walk! Enjoy the pool/hot tub and tennis courts on the premises! Note the Dock on the Bay association requires the guest to complete their rental form; and fee of $150 payable to the association. Form will be provided to guest by host. Guest access The townhome is a walk up and there is an elevator if needed. Follow instructions provided for use of elevator (at the guest own risk) provided. Property has a lockbox code for the key; provided to guest prior to arrival. Other things to note For months of January - April, there is a 30 day minimum required stay beginning on the first of the month to the end of the month. There is a 14 day minimum for all other months. Please note the rental form is required to be completed and check for $150 payable to Dock on the Bay is required on all rentals prior to arrival.
