Rental unit in Utica

Two blocks from downtown Utica. Townhouse set up one bedroom one bath downstairs and two bedrooms two baths upstairs. It's in a building with three units. I live in one of the units so I am available at the property if need be. I have tenants in the back unit. Parking is tight but available off street.
