An Adventurer's Private Cottage Paradise

You don't have to be named Indiana Jones to enjoy the Far East touches of this private and fun studio and bath. Everything is provided: a work space, a cooking/eating place, and even an outdoor space with BBQ. Whether you are traveling for work or play, this cottage will make your stay more fun and memorable! The space A beautiful, private, and quiet studio detached from the main house. You will have your entrance. A full kitchen and bath [shower, no tub] is included. All linens are provided, and the kitchen is equipped with dishes and all cooking utensils needed to cook a meal. There is heat/air with an automatic thermostat, but you also have an electric fireplace for heat and ambiance. Basic spices and supplies are provided if you enjoy cooking. A washer and dryer is located in the room for your convenience. Bi-weekly housecleaning will be provided for long-term stays. One small (20 pounds or less), well-trained, quiet dog is allowed. Please don't leave the dog unattended in the space. Please clean up after your dog. Any dog poop left on the property will need to be cleaned, and the cost of the cleaning will be paid by the guest at the landlord's discretion, with a minimum fee of $100. For any damage, the guest will be responsible for paying for repairs or replacements as needed. Guest assumes all responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their pet and indemnifies the host for any liability, damage, or injury caused by the pet. The host reserves the right to refuse or cancel any stay where the pet appears destructive, dangerous, aggressive, or causing a nuisance. A refundable $100 pet deposit will be required when booking. Please be aware that the dog cannot be allowed to roam free in the yard, the fence is not secure and other guests go through the yard, the dog must be leashed at all times outside. Guest access You will have your private entrance. I will provide you with a key code. There is generally plenty of street parking available. Check-in is after 6 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. Late check-ins are generally no problem; just let me know. I always accommodate late check-out requests when I can. Don't hesitate to contact me beforehand if you have a request. Other things to note You can use the kitchen while visiting; a Lunardi's or Whole Foods is two blocks away. There are numerous fabulous sights and things to do in the Bay Area. While two cats live in the main house, they are shy and not friendly with strangers. I'm sorry, but they aren't available for petting. I genuinely feel lucky to live in Los Gatos, and I know you will love your stay here.
