Our home (Trillium House) is a beautifully restored heritage farmhouse circa 1811. It is located on a quiet country road surrounded by farmer's fields and across the road from East Lake. We are perfectly situated in the heart of Prince Edward County wine country within minutes of Sandbank Provincial Park beaches, art galleries, antique shops, and the famous Mustang drive-in movie theater. Our family friendly place is good for family gatherings, couples or retreats. The space Trillium house has 3800 sq ft of living space and over 1 acre of backyard with plenty of space for a pick up game of badminton, soccer or frisbie. The eat in farm kitchen seats 8 and is well equipped with everything you need to make a family feast. There is extra seating in the sunroom off of the kitchen and an outdoor eating space on the back veranda. All of the beds have new pillow top mattresses and are made up with 100% cotton, 300 thread count linens. The large family room has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a 60" flat screen TV and DVD player. There are movies, books and board games to choose from. During the spring and summer months, satellite tv and internet access are also provided. Located minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park. Guest access Guests will have use of the whole house and garage with the exception of one small attic storage space. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet rural community between Cherry Valley and the Sandbanks beaches. Our deck looks out to peaceful farmland with an original large heritage barn next door. At night the stars are incredible.
