Beach closet is stocked with beach cart, 8 beach chairs, umbrella, buckets/sand toys, skim boards, and boogie boards. Home also has a washer and dryer. Great home for families, couples, or a group of friends! Very well-stocked kitchen. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the home, including the beach closet, outdoor shower, the enclosed outdoor shower, and outdoor water closet. There is a utility closet, attic, and owner's closet that guests can access with permission if it's deemed they need something from one of those locations.
