Charming early 1900’s Cape Cod home with a breathtaking view, right on the water. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, spend evenings on the spacious, wrap-around deck watching the sunset and relaxing with friends and family. Stay in our spacious Lakefront home on Put-In-Bay. The home is fully furnished. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with two king beds, a full bed, and one full bath. The main floor has a sunroom with four twin size trundle beds, a spacious living room, full kitchen, and one half bath. Guests can relax and unwind outside and enjoy the waterfront property, taking advantage of the deck or utilizing the lawn for yard games. You really get the best of both worlds with this location! It’s tucked away and feels like your own quiet oasis but is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Put-in-Bay where you’ll find activities for all ages. For the kiddos: a large park, historic carousel, and candy and ice cream shops. For the adults: plenty of daytime activities and an active nightlife scene featuring a number of bars (including the world’s longest) and live music. We are on well water, not city water. The water may, at times, present a faint smell but has been tested and is safe for drinking. After booking, homeowner will give further instructions. Guests will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. The home has its own private entrance with a key pad so come and go as you like! Homeowner will be available by phone or text during stay. Quiet, established neighborhood. No parties please, as we have respectful relationships with our neighbors. There is not much car parking in town, but the house is walkable to town. No smoking and no pets please. Absolutely no bachelor/bachelorette parties or parties in general, as this is a quiet neighborhood and we need to be respectful of our neighbors. This is subject to immediate removal from the house. Please be mindful of our property and do not use our neighbors’ properties, especially their water access and seawalls. Single family only. Parking Parking is available for up to 2 cars.
