Chalet Arancio is situated in the green fabulous Concei-Valley, closed to the wood. The cottage enjoys a truly peaceful location and it is surrounded by a large equipped field. The house consists of three apartments (Chalet Arancio, Chalet Rosso and Chalet Verde) each with separate entrance and it is located near the Pastoria Cottage. The apartment offers a private fenced terrace, with table and chairs. Spacious garden with children playground, grill and small pool. The space THREE-ROOM APARTMENT 5 PEOPLE (approx. 65 sqm): flat divided on 2 levels. Mezzanine floor: living room with single sofa bed, kitchenette and satellite TV. Bathroom with shower/WC. First floor: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, balcony with beautiful view of garden and small swimmingpool. EQUIPMENT: Fridge with freezer, 5-flame gas cooker, "Melitta" German coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hair dryer, pellet stove and satellite TV. Fully enclosed private terrace (approx. 20 sqm). Large garden equipped with playground, barbecue, tables, benches, sun loungers and small swimming pool (open from 01st May to 20th September). Private outdoor parking 100 m from the house. Bike storage room on request and washing machine (shared use on request and against payment). Free WiFi. Your pet is allowed in the house and on the enclosed terrace. Not allowed in the garden and pool area. Guest access Key delivery at the Ledro Vacanze - Lake Project agency in via Cassoni, 28 in Pieve di Ledro between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm for the check in. The check out will take place in the office, the day of your departure, between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m. Arrivals / departures at different times must be previously agreed with our staff. A late check-in fee may be charged for arrivals after 18:00 hours Other things to note The price includes the consumption of electricity, water and cooking gas. The apartments are equipped with: blankets, bed covers, mattress covers, pillows and kitchen utensils. Free use of the swimming pool (open from 01st May to 20th September). The sheets and towels can be brought by the customer or rented before arrival (€ 10.00 per person for change of sheets, € 5.00 per person per change, for towels). Heating is an extra cost and will be calculated according to consumption. The flat is equipped with a pellet stove. Pets (maximum 1 per apartment) are allowed, for a supplement of € 5.00 per day, for each animal. There is the possibility of renting baby cots and high chairs with an extra cost to be paid on site. Free internet connection in the apartment. A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. Tourist tax to pay on the spot: € 1,00/person/day (excluded children until 13,99 years).
