This c.1885 Downtown Historic District House is bright and cheery, furnished with antiques and vintage finds yet homey and comfortable for a long-term stay in Savannah. Just a few blocks east of Forsyth Park's iconic fountain, the house is perfectly situated so you can walk Downtown (1 mi. to River Street) or head out to Starland District (1 mi.) The neighborhood is quiet and safe with plenty of free street parking and just 2 blocks to the Kroger and neighborhood coffee shop, Mate Factor. The space Everything you need for your extended stay in Savannah is supplied. The house is fully furnished including: The kitchen is fully outfitted with glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, toaster and coffee maker. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, oven with ceramic cooktop, full size refrigerator with ice maker, washer, dryer, and hair dryer. There is a beautiful, fenced and landscaped private courtyard deck area for outside dining. Guest access This entire 3 bedroom house and private deck/courtyard are yours for the length of your stay in Savannah. You'll be given a personal door code to the house prior to arrival, so you never have to deal with keys! Other things to note Savannah is a very walkable city and you have everything you need within walking distance if you choose not to bring a car. We do have free parking on the street if you do bring your car , and Tybee Island Beach is only a 20 minute drive from the house!
