You Will LOVE the property! The space This listing is for the Front building and the casita guest house that sleeps 2-3 the Casita guest house (with shower/toilet) is on property. We have 3 separate houses on property. Building #1 is the main home and has 9 rooms with 15 beds total in 5000 sqr ft. Building #2 is the casita guest house which has one king bed & one bathroom Building #1 are the buildings you are booking. (main house and casita guest house) Building #2 is the small guest house casita and is one 600 ft bedroom with one king bed. If you additionally want building 3 for an additional cost-please inquire about building #3 to check availability building #3 has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds. Main Front House Bedroom 1 - Master -2 Queens Bedroom 2 - 3 Queens Bedroom 3 - 2 Queens Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen Bedroom 5 - 2 Queens Bedroom 6 - 2 Queens Bedroom 7 - 2 Queens Bedroom 8 - 1 Queen Bedroom 9 - 1 Queen Bedroom 10 - 1 Queen (NOTE - this bedroom is tiny and has a LOW ceiling about 6 ft tall in center/laundry room). We call it the Hobbit room. It is best for kids or smaller adults. and Casita Building 1 King Corporate Compound Meetings, Social events, lodging, and relaxing all under one roof minutes from the World Market center. Las Vegas Corporate compound minutes from the strip and convention halls, complete with comfortable accommodations for many people. Full kitchen and reception area, presentation theater as well as recreational perks for downtime, swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, Wi-Fi cable thru out. We can arrange for your catering and entertainment needs as well. Keep your whole team right where you need them. Morning and after market conferences are a snap. Invite important clients to the compound for an evening of entertainment and a catered venue. You're in total control at our corporate compound! - There's no need to count children age 2 or under as guests; there's no charge. Kudos to you for bringing your little bundle of joy to such an exciting city! Other than this exception, there's a maximum of 15 occupants/visitors unless otherwise approved in writing. Please reserve for the correct number of guests staying. Regrettably, if there are more than 16 occupants on the property your reservation can be cancelled and 100% security deposit taken away and additional $125 fine per person/per day will be assessed. We have a zero tolerance policy for loud obnoxious disrespectful and rude party animals. We want you to have an awesome time, but we don't want the property trashed. - Punctuality and cleanliness are highly regarded in American culture, and it's important for the house cleaner to have enough time to clean and show up for their next commitment on time. Regrettably, a late checkout that hasn't been arranged in writing will result in a $1500 late checkout fee. (read our reviews.) - Please don't disturb or disable the pool door alarm, Nest smoke / carbon monoxide detectors, humidity sensor, wifi routers or exterior security cameras. These are for your safety, but also for our insurance policy. No wet wipes of any kind in the toilet. Any violation will result in a $250 fee. Surveillance or recording devices on property - There are exterior cameras on the property for your safety, and indoor common area cameras. There are NO cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms. This is a private rental for yourselves and the correct amount of guests approved in writing by the owner. The pool man and maintenance person also have access to the property during your stay. You and your guests have 100% private access to your buildings however all outdoor areas are considered common areas and are shared if anyone else is on property. The outside areas include basketball court, pool area, parking lot, playground, picnic tables
