A few short steps and you'll find yourself in the midst of great restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the beach. Feeling adventurous? Take the boogie boards and sand toys for a day of fun. All adventured out? Relax at the house with your favorite TV app, or enjoy the ocean view from our community rooftop lounge. Plenty of off street & across the street parking. The space The property is entirely yours to enjoy. Embrace the rooftop lounge (shared with the 4Plex) to relax under the stars with your friends and loved ones, while you listen to the sound of the waves crashing in the distance, or simply grill and share your favorite BBQ dish. All of your basic needs and amenities will be available, but if there is anything that we don't have that you may need or want, just let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, you'll find 2 pull out sofa beds that can be used for extra guests. Living Rm Area: 2 Queen Size Sofa Sleepers w/Foam Mattresses, 2 Full Bathrooms, New Modern Furnishings. We provide Shampoo, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Washer/Dryer, Laundry Soap, Linens for the amount of Guests, misc spices some refrigerated condiments, pots, pans, dishes, 1 roll of paper towels, toilet paper, sponges and small clean cloth for counters. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire downstairs unit. There is also a large deck with a BBQ area, several tables with umbrellas for shade, chairs and laundry facilities on site as well. Plenty of offsite parking as well. Please Note: Every 2nd & 4th Monday of each month there is street sweeping you would have to temporarily move your car while they do the side of street once designated hours have passed you can put car right back . Please look at street signs for times. Other things to note Even though we love the trains and they are a part of the coast. ,you will hear them. We do not offer T V channels HOWEVER, this is a Smart TV and there is an APP called Roku which WILL provide TV shows & movies limited to what they offer but there is a large selection. Or add your favorite app to TV. Guest Count: People other than those in the Guest party set forth at booking may not stay overnight in the property without prior approval. Any other person in/on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Liability: The house is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended use. Pets: NO PETS and are NOT permitted on property. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring extra beach towels for large parties. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the house except for the beach towels provided. If you are in need of fresh towels and linens during your stay, please use the washer and dryer during 8AM-9PM only. Water and Sewer: The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed down the toilets and if food is thrown down the sinks. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or baby wipes (EVEN “FLUSHABLE WIPES) should be flushed at anytime. DO NOT THROW ANY FOOD down the sink or garbage disposal, ALL FOOD needs to be thrown into the TRASH. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed, or food has been put down the sinks and clog the drain systems, you could be charged up to $250 for scoping, snaking, and cleaning. Storms: If there is a storm or inclement weather, no refunds will be given. Age requirement: Must be 25 years old in order to instantly book a stay. 18-24 year olds, please contact us to book your stay. Outdoor Shower: Thoroughly rinse the sand off of your feet and beach equipment off in the outdoor shower before entering the home. No sandy clothes permitted in Washer or Dryer.
