Patio table with fire pit, porch swing, and a full kitchen stocked with all necessary items. High speed Wifi, flatscreen smart TV ready for your use. Independent HVAC in three private rooms (1 king, 2 queens), separate laundry room with all you need, and private full bath. Plenty of private parking. VERY CLEAN & COMFORTABLE! The space Outside: private yard, patio, outdoor table & chairs, gas grill and a fire pit - supply your own wood purchased locally or work out with host for wood cost, yard swing and trampoline (use at your own risk). During summer months, open garden with strawberries, raspberries, and veggies - please help yourself. Inside: full kitchen - table seats six comfortably, spacious family room with entertainment, some DVDs, board games and plenty of comfortable seating! Three bedrooms with high end linens and plenty of pillows, full laundry, private bathroom (shower), linen closet stocked with extra blankets, etc. Space HVAC is independent from other areas of house - set it to your comfort level. House rules include: 1. no parties, loud music, excessive noise after 10:30pm, 2. No smoking property (inside and outside) 3. Parking on property is limited to two vehicles. In consideration of the neighbors, no parking on the street. 4. Occupants are limited to guests staying at property. No congregating at property with outside friends or family. 5. No sleeping on couches (naps of course are good - haha) - we have plenty of VERY comfortable beds. 6. No food or drink in the beds - all the linens are white and spills are hard to clean, thanks! 7. No pets. Guest access Guests park on the gravel driveway on the far left or South side of the home (two cars only, if you need more parking contact host). Access to the back of the home and entry door is through the gate on the right from the gravel parking area. Other things to note You'll be greeted with a few sweet treats of Utah. Keurig with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate and some quick breakfast items provided. Mircowave popcorn waiting to be popped for your movie or show. A guest binder has details about local stores, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Hosts are happy to provide details about outdoor adventures and local UT attractions.
