Bedroom 2: Upstairs, queen sized bed, closet, beautiful view to backyard trees. Bedroom 3: Upstairs, twin sized bunk beds, 1 full sized bed, closet, bright room with a window. Additional beds: Queen sized sofa couch in living room. Childs Pack N’ Play Crib; portable and can be set up where needed. Living room: Couch, recliner, and cushioned chairs; perfect for reading, hanging out, or watching movies. Smart TV, activity table, games & puzzles. Bright space with great windows and skylights. Kitchen: Fully equipped, organized, and clean. Drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, crock pot, and blender provided. Enjoy meals together in the dining room. Laundry: Washer and dryer in house. Iron & board available. Hangers provided in each bedroom closet. Outdoor Patio: Layered, wrap around patio makes for great times with friends and family. Parking: Driveway, room for 3 vehicles. Tesla Charger. Street parking permitted in spring/summer months. No street parking through winter months (November-March). *No garage access. Pets: We love our furry friends and welcome yours. Large water bowl, two food dishes, and bags for pet waste are provided. Follow leash laws and always be present with your pet while outdoors. *Pets must be included/registered in the booking. Any damage or excess cleaning caused by an animal will be charged to your reservation. *Please note our backyard is steep and of natural landscape. Other things to note QUIET HOURS begin at 9pm. The Midnight House is located in a beautiful and serene neighborhood. Home and patio areas should be kept calm during this time to respect our neighbors and appreciate the space. In lieu of air conditioning; Upstairs bedroom have portable AC units. Additionally, each bedroom has a fan to help circulate air in summer months. All windows have blinds to help shade the home as the sun passes. Keep windows open and take in that fresh Flagstaff air! *Flagstaff summers usually prove to be quite comfortable.
