All bedrooms have 50’tv and master has 65’. The highest speed Cox internet service. Kitchen is fully equipped. Refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, trash compactor, coffee maker, 2 crockpots, silverware, pots & pans. The house is detail cleaned with Odoban disinfectant cleaner. PLEASE NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE Towels are located in the hall cabinet All beds have mattress & box springs protection covers 14’’ mattress on master bed & 14’ in 1 queen platform bed. All new thick pillows. 4 on each bed. Extra bedding , blankets and pillows in sunroom closets for extra guest if needed. Garage refrigerator is back up if needed (currently unplugged with doors open). Carpets are white so please remove shoes. No Pets allowed. White towels are provided. 8 Wash cloth, 8 hand towel & 8 bath towel, 4 bath mats, Soap,shampoo for each person. Dish soap, scrub sponge & roll of paper towels. Please remove all trash & put in trash bins outside on the north of the house. Trash is picked up every Tuesday in front of house by curb. Put trash cans two feet apart. All dishes need to be cleaned or in dishwasher clean. Before checking out. Checkout is at 11:00am, if you’re needing more time please ask. If no other guest are checking in the next day it should be fine. No smoking inside home otherwise there I’ll be an additional cleaning fee of $250.00. Smoking outside is permitted, please dispose of butts properly and not on the grounds. Sand ash trays are provided in back patio. Please Do NOT put any feminine products or any other articles in the toilet- it will damage the plumbing and you will be responsible for the charges of the damages. Please do not leave excessive mess. Please pickup after yourselves and throw out your trash when you leave. Extra cleaning fee can be applied if guest fails todo so. Please Do Not Move furniture or TV's in the house Extra china dishes and Christmas dishes can be used. Please clean and put back in place after using. Please do not use towels to remove makeup or dirt from shoes ect... damages to new white towels will result in extra charges up to $150.00 Washer & dryer available. Please do not push back the dryer it will crush the filter and gas pipe. Please clear filter before using the dryer. Do not overload either washer or dryer. 3 tide pods & dryer sheets provided. We will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries or lost items of any kind of guest or their party. As a guest you agree to leave based on departure date 11:00am and you understand you have no residency rights. Guest hereby authorize owner to charge their credit card for the above booking order and any unpaid balances; fees due to any cleaning, damages or replacement of furnishings/ equipment incurred to the premises during their stay. I agree to the above, accept all terms and acknowledge that $250.00 + will be applied to the bill in the event of smoking, damages or missing items during or after departure.
