Watch the farm animals play at this Super Clean Tiny Home on the Farm, located close to the Buffalo National River. Find comfort and a change of pace where the horses, cows, sheep, and chickens play! Spend your days hiking and floating the Buffalo, and then end the day watching the sunset relaxing on the porch! Unwind and recharge in this idyllic getaway. The space ~ Quick access to the Buffalo, closest point is 8 miles at Hasty. FULL KITCHEN –Kurig coffee maker / Drip coffee maker, Microwave, Refrigerator, Electric cook top & oven, Microwave dishes - utensils - cookware provided. Also complimentary spices, trash bags/paper towels, dishware & flatware INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, DVD player, books/board games, dining table. SLEEPING: Roomy Double Bed (memory foam), Queen Hide hide-a-bed couch ( memory foam mattress) and (with advance notice ) optional rollaway memory foam mattress for extra sleeping arrangements. One bathroom with a full shower and small walk in Closet. OUTDOOR LIVING: Front porch, hiking trails & watching animals. GENERAL: Free WiFi, Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash, Towels/Linens, Air conditioning & heating, Ceiling fans, Hair dryer FAQ: Quiet hours (after 11:00 PM), We are a working farm and you may hear farm animal noises occasionally, ear plugs provided. NOTE: The homeowner lives on the farm in a completely separate house and may be present during your stay. PARKING: Spot for one vehicle, with advanced notice can accommodate a 2nd vehicle or a trailer ( please notify us about any extra cars, visitors, or trailers ) EXTRAS: We raise sheep, dairy cows, and chickens, with Sugar the Appaloosa horse. Enjoy watching farm animals in the fields from the covered porch. If you get up early can watch us milk the cow and feed the critters. WHAT TO DO: Approximately 14 miles south of Harrison ( Lots of Dining options), 14 miles east of Jasper, 45 minutes south of Branson ( Lots to do there!!), Right on Scenic Highway 123 to Hasty and Pruitt . Miles of hiking, water falls, and floating the Buffalo National River close by. Spring and Fall hiking in the Buffalo is amazing!! Buffalo River: We are mid-point on the Buffalo National river, closest being Hasty at 8 miles, Pruitt Landing is about 15 miles, Depending on the time of year different sections are floatable ( upper, middle and lower), check the Buffalo National Park website for more information, to help plan your visit, or ask us we are avid floaters! Is about 14 miles from Harrison and about 12 miles from Jasper. Other things to note We are on well water, it goes through a softener and is double filtered, it might have a slight odor. We provide water for drinking and making coffee.
