Welcome! This home is located near the Grand Canyon and the wonderful Lake Mead. Admire the stunning sunsets as you gaze at the West wall of the Grand Canyon. With the home being on over an acre of fenced land, feel free to bring your water toys or your ATV. There are so many things to do, HIKING, BOATING, FISHING, SWIMMING, ATVing, 4 WHEELING, ROCK HOUNDING, STARGAZING, and more. If you love nature and history, you won't run out of things to do and explore. The best memories are made here! The space The home is a two bedroom split floor plan. This makes it nice when travelers within the same group want their own private space, both full bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house. The main bedroom has a stand alone Queen sized bed. It also has bunk beds, with a full size bed on the bottom, and one twin size on top. There is also a Queen sized blow up mattress located in the closet that can be comfortably set up in the living area if needed. The other bedroom has a full sized memory foam mattress. The bathroom is located immediately outside of the bedroom. On two sides of the property there are no neighbors for a square mile. This includes the view from the back patio and porch swing. It's a very unique property. Guest access Guest will have full access to the house except the two attached sheds. There is not a garage on the property, but the property is fully fenced with plenty of parking. It's over an acre!
