Vincent William Wine: Lakefront winery guest house

This beautiful guest house is located on the property of Vincent William Wine Restaurant, Inn, and Wine Bar in Grand River Valley Wine Region. With a beach, close proximity to many area Wineries, Geneva on the lake, and other tourist attractions, the Guest House is the most ideal place for all your getaway fun. kayaks are also available upon request. Take a 5 min walk and enjoy an ice cream shop, or the several restaurants and bars. The space This space is the upper level of a completely renovated duplex home. Private entrance leads to the suite which has two bedrooms both have a King bed . The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen foam mattress bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen is outfitted with all new appliances, dish, and cookware. A dining area is outfitted with a table for four and 2 bar seats at the end of the large counter top. The bathroom has a jacuzzi whirlpool tub and brand new washer and dryer just outside. The elevated outdoor deck is private and provides exceptional views of the lake and sunset. A private lower brick patio is also available for gathering and grilling out. Guest access This beautiful home has a private locked gate to the adjacent township park which has basketball and sand volleyball courts, baseball field and public beach. The corner bars and restaurants are all within a 5 min walk through the park. Take a short 7 mile drive to Geneva on the lake, or enjoy touring the dozens of wineries and covered bridges that surround the area . Guests can also enjoy the Lake Erie beach which is only about 400 feet away right on the Vincent William Wine Mansion grounds. Kayaks are available for use upon request. NOTE: Lake Erie has a mind of its own and can be quite rough at times. The private beach is easily accessible down a grass walkway. Additionally, the township beach directly next door is sparcely populated, and not 100 yards away. Water shoes are highly recommended anywhere along the local coastline.
