With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). ●Pack and Play Crib available upon request. ●We are a pet-friendly property. We welcome one pet per unit for free! Let us know about additional pets—fees may apply. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (Doesn’t apply to ESA). Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!) ● Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property ●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations. ● A processing fee of 3.12% will apply in the event of cancellation after full payment has been made However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit.
