Inside are a king bedroom, a living room with a full pullout sofa, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a private balcony. A resort fee is charged at check-in and not included. ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). ●Pack and Play Crib available upon request. ●We are a pet-friendly property. Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!) ● the property manager is the exclusive operator of this property ●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations. However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.
