JN Sanctuary

4-bedroom home located right on the Parker Strip on the Colorado River. The space A master and three guest rooms are comfortable and stylish. There is a very large kitchen and a small gym. The outside patio is extra large with bar, grill, and pool table. The lawn has a volleyball court, horseshoes, and room for dogs to run. I prefer couples and families. Singles are welcome, but this is not a party house and will be on a case by case basis. I will inquire about all guests. Other things to note Dogs are welcomed if properly trained, with all vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. You will be charged for each additional dog after one. Add $50 to cleaning fee. Damages made by pets will also be subject to additional cleaning costs and/or insurance costs.
