I am located 1/4 mile from Moors Marina and Buckhorn Boat Ramp. House built in 2019...comes with a boat slip and free golf cart. I have a 23' Bennington Pontoon boat for rent. PRIME LOCATION!!! Located straight across the lake from the Rock Quarry, the Sands and Smith Bay. I am renting out the top of my house...I live in the basement which has its own entrance and parking. The space The space includes 3 bedrooms and 4 beds,,,2 bathrooms,,,eat n kitchen,,,den,,,laundry room and 12x30 covered deck on back of the house with a gas grill and plenty of seating. I also a small business center with a hp laser printer for your computer and printing needs. The master bedroom has a private bath and the other bathroom is centrally located between the other 2 bedrooms. I have a tankless gas water heater so the water is always hot. Both Showers are porcelain tile. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of appliances and dishes as well. Appliances include: Kerig and coffee maker, hand mixer and food chopper,,crockpot,,,air fryer,,,toaster,,rice cooker and 3 Ben little stay hot server,,stove is a gas stove and side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water. Guest access I am renting the 3 bedrooms on the top floor of my house,,,you have your own private entrance and parking and room to park your boat as well,,,I have a walk out basement below n which my daughter, son and I will be staying. Other things to note Most desired location on KY Lake. You can enjoy the peace and quiet scene or you can make as much noise as you like. You are welcome to smoke out on the deck only and please do not throw butts down. I allow small dogs only please. Also there is no lake view from the house . The boat slip is 2 doors down and it is in walking distance or there is a paved road you can drive down to it with plenty of room to park.
