Our "Randles Villa" was built in the 1940's, an additional building for the Randles Court complex. The Villa has the modern conveniences (especially compared to our motor court rooms), while keeping a vintage feel. Villa 2A has a queen bed and a loveseat hide-a-bed which pulls out to a twin bed. We have installed a kitchenette, which includes a small sink, two burner electric stove, and a mini fridge. We provide a couple of pots & pans, utensils, dishes and towels. There is a microwave & 4 pot coffee maker as well. If there is something you need to borrow during your stay, let me know! The electric is all completely updated. The bathroom has much of it's original 1940's features. Outside, you have your own private porch to enjoy when staying in this room. We are hoping to add some patio areas and other outside amenities in the near future. For now, we are happy to share our outdoor space with you. We have some benches setting around a fire pit that we use often. Please ask before you use the fire pit if we aren't out there. Four Loves Urban Farm is located on our property as well. 2022 is the first year for this new endeavor. Our niece and nephew have created a beautiful space with lots of ideas for the future! Feel free to stroll through the garden during your stay. We live on the property, and spend a quite a bit of time outside in the courtyard. I like to give our guests space, but there's a good chance we will see each other during your stay. We’re located in downtown Eldon, within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, restaurants, boutiques, antiques, parks, the city pool and more! A quiet town with a rich history, full of character and charm. We’re just a quick drive to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks and the Bagnell Dam! Major nearby attractions- Eldon Golf Club, Stark Caverns, Shawnee Bluff Vineyard, Lake Ozark Speedway You’ll need to travel by car to get here, but once you arrive you are within walking distance to our historic downtown, parks, a grocery store and gas stations. Walking or biking is a great way to get around. Randles Villa is comprised of 4 rooms on the ground level and a loft apartment above. Our niece and nephew help us manage the property and currently live in the loft. You will hear some footsteps, but it should be minimal sound intrusion. Previous guests have reported it wasn't an issue. Our family has a small dog that you may see on occasion. Penny loves to greet our guests, but I will do my best to keep her from bothering you if it is an issue.
