UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Welcome to Pipi House! This property is one of the most stunning properties in the Gold Country! Charming, cozy and Warm home surrounded by water, water, water!@ Come play in the green meadows, fish in the crystal blue waters, (CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY USING OUR HOOKS) and sip your coffee while our seasonal visiting otter plays in the pond! l This is kid and grown-up heaven! You will feel like you're in a different world. The space Pippy Longstocking Dream Come True Welcomes you! This is a 11 acre property. 3/4 of the property is PIpi house. The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a bunk bed alcove with full size and twin bunk. The addition space is a cottage out across the pond, While youre at PLDCT, you'll have access to all the lakes, the beautiful lawns, the ponds, and on the other side of the ranch as our animal farm _ . You're welcome to visit the animals as long as our caretaker is there to show you around. You can also book a horseback ride ahead of time or a horse lesson with one of our trainers! While you're renting the house, you will be completely secluded and won't have to have interaction with anyone unless you venture off to the farm! (You might see Mike feeding horses from a distance) Please check availability of horse riding and/or lessons with our private trainers shown under our pictures at least a week prior to arrival. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: so what we have is a huge master bedroom upstairs with king bed, its own huge bathroom with double shower and bath. Downstairs we have bedroom 2 with a full bed. then we have Bedroom 3 with a twin bed and two trundle beds (sleeps 3) and then we have a private alcove that has a bunk bed , (not a closed off bedroom but set off from downstairs living area) which is a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. This huge downstairs area also has a queen pull out couch. then we have our tiny house (cottage) that has a full size bed and two twins. S So all in all, with two persons on the full/queen beds we sleep 16 in beds Camping is amazing. we have a tent here for your use. Horse riding/lessons are through my private horse trainer and you may contact her to set up any lessons or riding you might want to do. Dogs are allowed with prior consent. Please let us know if you're wanting to bring dog/dogs so we can make sure horses and other animals are safe We do allow weddings and events! there is an event fee and a per-person fee. We have tables and chairs, seating up to 80 guests for weddings and events. Guest access You'll have full access to approximately 7 acres of the gorgeous property! The other part of our property as a working horse ranch with its own driveway. While you're renting our property you'll have complete privacy unless you decide to venture out to the horse ranch or visit some of our animals. You can even book a horseback ride lesson with one of our trainers ahead of time. chickens and rabbit to vist also! Other things to note There are animals on the property are for your enjoyment and theirs. To keep all safe, please check in with Mike (our caretaker) at the barn before you visit any animals. No feeding horses anything but apples or carrots (while supervised by adult) If you don't know how to feed horses, don't do it; you could accidentally get your fingers mistaken for a carrot. ALL CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES SINCE WE HAVE PONDS AND CANOES ON THE PROPERTY. Fishing is allowed in lower pond only. Catch and release (you can keep one fish) bring your own tackle
