Our home is located on the York River that provides canoeing, fishing, crabbing and kayaking. It is 16.1 miles to Colonial Williamsburg, 19 miles to Jamestown, and 24 miles Yorktown. It is also 20 miles to Busch Gardens, Water Country and other family-friendly activities. You’ll enjoy your visit because of the beautiful water views and the peaceful, serene location. Our home is good for couples, business people. The limit for each room is 2 guests-only The space This bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. This room accommodates 2 guests only. It is river front with a balcony off the bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to a common space upstairs, it is a Television room and a sitting room with microwave and refrigerator and of course their private room and private bath. Guest can walk along the grounds, use the dock, canoes and kayaks, fishing poles. The main kitchen is not available. During your stay We will help you with anything you need. We do NOT interfere with your privacy. We do not entertain the guests. We are here to help with ideas to visit. When checking in please come to door and ring doorbell.
