This family friendly condo is located next to the Carter Park which includes a sledding hill in the winter and hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, and sand volleyball courts in the summer. The condo is only a 5 minute walk to Main Street, where you will find all of Breckenridge's restaurants, shops, and night life. The space This spacious condo will be the perfect place to kick your feet up after a fun day in the mountains. With two couches to snuggle on, while watching TV or playing card games, the family room will be the place to relax. If you're in the mood for a home cooked meal, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, stove top, oven, coffee maker, toaster and pots and pans, for your cooking needs and don't sweat clean up because there is a dishwasher. In the dinning area there is a table for four, but there is additional seating for two at the kitchen counter with two stools. Both bedrooms have a view of the mountain so there won't be any fighting over who gets what room. Both bedrooms come with plenty of closet space and bedroom 1 has a dresser as well. The condo has 1 bathroom with a full bath/shower, vanity sink and mirror, stocked with MOST of your essentials. I will provide- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and towels. The fireplace is NOT to be used, for decoration ONLY. Guest access Guests will have access to 2 parking space in the garage and community game room that features a pool table, a dart board, and board games.
