Quiet, newer neighborhood, 15 minutes from downtown Denver and Airport and close to I-76. Walking distance to McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, Ziggy's coffee, Dutch Brothers and 7 Eleven. All private, no other people in your area, while you're staying here. The room is attached to our house, separated by 🔒 door. We are very laid back and flexible. The space Clean, quiet and cozy, your space only and private entry by front door with keyless entry. Is separated by locked door from our house we do live in. We never go into your area while you're staying. The area is a small bedroom with a private shower and small entryway with small fridge, microwave and coffee Keurig available for you to use. There are extra blankets and air mattress in closet in entryway. Any questions about the area, please ask. Guest access Keyless, contactless entry. Code given the day of check-in. The entrance is the front door. Parking available on the side street in front of house. Other things to note Microwave and small fridge, Keurig coffee, can do laundry for a $10 fee per load, please communicate when you would like to do your laundry. $3.00 RTD bus fee to and from Airport on 104L bus and is about 1/2 mile walk to house.
