The space 560 Sq Foot Studio at Squaw Valley Lodge. This is a quiet condo complex under the Funitel. Private sleeping area and open concept kitchen living area. -New high end fridge and dishwasher -Stove top as well as a microwave. -For eating use the dining counter or the small dining table -Large bathroom with tub -New couch -TV has cable, Amazon Firestick and DVD player. -Desk area for working -Large closet along with separate ski storage area in unit. Open common amenities include BBQ's and grass lawn near a pond. Pool and tennis court are open starting Memorial Day weekend through September. Outdoor hot tubs are open year round. Covered Parking for one car! No need to drive anywhere! Garage clearance is 7'6". Walk to Olympic House, main village in less than 5 minutes. Take the paved bike/walking path through the Valley to Everline Resort, Truckee River, River Ranch Inn or all the way to Lake Tahoe 8 miles away. In late fall and winter, there is snow making and snow ploughs that can be heard at night. Please read all our house rules prior to booking. It’s brief, but includes important info that guests are responsible for reading prior to booking. For stays longer than 14 days please contact us first before booking. This property is strictly an animal free zone due to health issues including severe allergies. Additionally, our HOA does not allow us host guests with pets. A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required to confirm the reservation. Other things to note Also, before booking, please note cancellation policy. We are located in the Sierras, which sometimes experiences storms in the winter and smoke from wildfires in the summer. Mother Nature is part of what makes this area so wonderful, but it can also interrupt your best laid plans. At this time, no refunds will be made because of weather or smoke conditions. If you want to cancel within the window that does not guarantee a full refund, I’ll do my best to work with you and re-open the reservation in the hopes that it will get rebooked. If it is, I’ll return any funds recuperated from a replacement reservation. I reserve the right to charge a small administrative fee for time spent by team on your cancelled reservation.
