The HOA does not allow more than 6 persons in this vacation home and additional guests or visitors beyond 6 persons will be turned away at the entry gate. No persons under the age of 25 can occupy or visit this rental unit. Responsible occupant must be age 25 years or older. If you are under age 25 you will not be able to book a reservation nor stay at this unit. Proper ID is required to book a reservation. No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. This home does not include dockage. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner’s Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking. Additional costs apply. Please note that you are required to sign in acknowledgement of several important notices and rules you must abide by during your stay with us within 72 hours of reservation. In addition, Monroe County regulation requires you to provide the names and ages of each occupant as well as information on your vehicle(s) at least 48 hours prior to your stay with us and before you are permitted access to the premises.
