No one attached, 2 level, 2 bdr, one with a king bed and one with two tween beds, 1.5 bath, 1 car garage attached+one front parking, enclosed patio and upstairs balcony. All this so close to the beach and downtown lifestyle, shops. WiFi,TV, 4 bikes, washer@dryer, bbq, boogie boards, beach chairs, cart, ceiling&floor fans The space The interior is decorated in calming colors with a beach theme. 2 story townhouse is well kept, clean, tidy, comfortable, located in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood within walking or biking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach , close to Disney and so many other Southern California attractions. Lots of extra amenities, well stocked kitchen and baths. Full access to our washer and dryer, all the laundry supplies needed. Two terraces (one upstairs, one downstairs) to relax in the mornings or evenings, patio furniture, BBQ , sunbathing chairs. The beach cart, boogie boards, bikes, chairs, towels , umbrella, beach and sand toys for kids , volleyball balls come in handy. Ceiling and floor fans in both bed rooms . Private entrance. 1 car garage attached + one front parking **** Our garage doesn't fit any vehicle since the bikes/ chairs/ boogie boards/ trolley / cabinet are stored there. The driveway can be used for parking! **** Before you book our place please review all our house rules and the cancellation policy!!! Guest access Guests have the whole place to themselves! Access to the garage and driveway spot, washer and dryer, outdoor areas, BBQ, beach essentials..... Other things to note STRICT RULES: The check in time is after 5 pm. The check out time is by 10 am. We need this time from 10 am to 5 pm to clean-up and get the place ready for the next guests!!! No pets, please! No extra guests and visitors can't stay overnight!!!
