This pet free smoke free place is upper Condo Suite. It is above a quiet restaurant with a small lounge/bar. Close to waterfront, the bridge and all the beautiful parks and walkways on the water.Great from the outside patio. Totally private. All new, hardwood floors. Very clean. Nicely furnished and includes DirectTV satellite HD TV, BrassTv, stereo, unlimited hi speed wifi. Also Spa quality full body message chair for your use free The space A few extra dollars but well worth it. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, river, lake, parks. You can walk in downstairs, have a great dinner, drinks and mosey back upstairs privately without driving. Patio is always in the sun with a great view. You can have a few drinks privately before heading downstairs or to the water or parks or other spots nearby. I use professional cleaning service and the unit is "Hotel" clean after each change of guest. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, facecloths all properly sanitized and cleaned before you arrive. Vacuumed top to bottom including furniture, and under them as well. I am very finiky when it comes to "clean" Guest access You will have access to the entire unit for your private enjoyment. There is only one locked cabinet were my personal things are, there may be a few things hanging in the closets and on the closet floor but for the most part it is all yours to use. Other things to note The restaurant downstairs is open daily from 11 AM-11 PM, they are currently using the parking lot for outdoor dining so there is activity down there while they are open. During open hours you may not want to put stereo on too loud however you can still have decent volume without causing problems downstairs as its pretty sealed for noise. However, once the restaurant is closed the place is yours and you can crank it up with no worries. No neighbors.There is one camera on the premises which is a ring doorbell outside of the main entrance door. The camera faces out towards the parking lot
