Bright, clean, cozy guesthouse available in a vibrant urban neighborhood. This 200-square-foot detached studio has a private entrance and backyard space shared with the owner. Centrally located in Normal Heights, with local restaurants, shops, cafes and bars within close walking distance. The space Guesthouse features a queen bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress, and fresh linens. A ceiling fan, air conditioner unit, and lots of windows offer plenty of natural light and fresh air. Enjoy the 40in smart TV; bring your own logins for streaming (cable not provided). The private bathroom features a walk-in shower. Space includes a kitchenette with mini refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, coffeemaker and electric kettle. Coffee and tea are provided. The small table is perfect to enjoy some local takeout, or set up your laptop to get work done. The space is private, cozy, and quiet. Guests are welcome to use the shared, serene back patio and gas grill (jacuzzi not for guest use). It's a perfect space to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, grill up a delicious dinner or stretch out to soak up the San Diego sun. Guest access Jacuzzi is not for guest use. Other things to note Note for extended stays (31+ Days): Per California law, all reservations of 31 nights or mor require a Limited Term Rental Agreement to be signed before check-in. This agreement outlines the terms of your extended stay and helps ensure compliance with local regulations. The agreement will be sent after booking confirmation and must be completed prior to arrival. Property is not suitable for children under 18 years old. There is free residential street parking. There's generally parking on the block; though occasionally you may to park a street or two away - especially on weekends and evenings. Pets, including service animals, are not allowed on the property per exemption provided by Airbnb. Property does not offer a full kitchen, but has a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee-maker and electric kettle.
