Private in-law unit is located behind the main house in a quiet neighborhood in Dublin, CA. Close to BART for an easy commute to San Francisco and near the Iron Horse trail for a morning or evening run. Along with a private entry, one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen this unit has a sleeper sofa and could accommodate up to 3 guests. Perfect alternative to a hotel if you're travelling to the Bay Area for business or coming to visit family. NO PETS PLEASE. No children under 12 years old. The space Modern decor. Well lit with high ceilings and high windows. All kitchen basics provided (plates, silverware, utensils, etc.) dishwasher and electric stove. There is a private patio area with a gas barbecue for grilling or entertaining a few guests. Bedroom has a queen bed and a desk for working and a well lit closet. There are two ceiling fans and air conditioning/heating. November-March we activate floor heaters in the kitchen and bathroom. Guest access There is plenty of street parking. If you do not have a car there are grocery stores, restaurants and cafe's within walking distance. Other things to note NO PETS. This unit is not appropriate for children under 12 years old.
