Our home is located across from Hammocks Beach State Park which you can be transported over to the beach for a fee. Great neighborhood to bike and walk. Kayaking paradise. Wildlife ramp 5 min away to launch your boat. The space Our home is located on the intracoastal waterway and has the most magnificent views for people kayaking, boating and camping on the unhabitated islands across the Waterway.We have a dock and boatlift that you can use to tie up your boat up to 30 feet and leave in the water during your stay.Your 22x26 room will sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and a pull out queen sofa sleeper for 2. A private bathtub with vanity and toilet. From the moment you walk in you will be very amazed with the decor. A 65" tv with washer and dryer. Everything in your studio is almost new. My wife and I are eager to make your stay magical. This is a very quiet neighborhood and is surrounded by water. The nearest grocery stores, banks and medcenter are less than 10 minutes away. Enjoy Swansboro by water, pull up to the community docks and have your choice of many restaurants downtown. Shopping at the gift shops and boutiques will fill your day quickly. Guest access When arriving in your vehicle you will park in front of your French doors. You will be given a code for self checkin.The concrete table and grill is yours to use at your leisure. Enjoy cleaning your fresh catch on the fish cleaning station at the end of the dock.Wash your boat while it sits above water on your personal boatlift. Other things to note The dock is available for you to pull your boat up for fishing and swimming. Please note! Do NOT dive off dock due to shallow water. A ladder is at the end of the dock and you must wear shoes to enter water due to oyster shells. Lifejackets are available at your requests and a life ring is located by fish cleaning station.You will be given a remote for your boatlift for you to keep boat out of the water.
