It is located next to national forest for winter sports and 10 minutes to Mammoth Mountain. Free parking directly in front of condo; easy access in winter snow. Recent updates include new mattresses + toppers, new kitchen appliances, new washer / dryer, well stocked kitchen. The space The Space This 1453 sq ft condo offers a spacious floor plan with an open living area floor plan and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposites sides of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The separation of the bedrooms / bathrooms gives the needed space between family members and friends to both come together in the living area and find privacy and solitude in the bedrooms. The open floor plan is well appointed with new and comfortable furnishings, to include two chaise loungers in the living room. The TV in living room is flat panel HDTV with cable, Apple TV, and DVD player. Complimentary high speed and password-secured Wi-Fi is also provided. In the winter, the condo is kept cozy with both central heating (not common in Mammoth!) and a propane fireplace. Since the condo is south-facing, it receives much more direct light and solar heat than units facing other directions. The condo stays cool and comfortable in the summer. Sleeping The bed configuration comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper couch in the living room that pulls out into a full sized bed. The floor plan provides plenty of privacy with the bedrooms situated at opposite ends of the unit. All mattresses have mattress toppers. Extra blankets are provided in closets for winter stays. Kitchen The kitchen is well-stocked like an actual, real home. It includes a dishwasher and all the pots, pans, and bakeware that you need to reasonably cook and bake. It also includes: Cuisnart coffee pot and thermal carafe for keeping your coffee hot during cold winter mornings, burr coffee grinder, KitchenAid electric mixer, rice cooker, instant-pot, toaster, and more. Common spices, tea, and cooking items can also be found. Laundry The laundry room contains new washer & dryer and basic cleaning supplies such a brooms and mops. Laundry soap is not provided. Patio The condo has a private patio with brand new flooring and comfortable seating complete with South-facing views of the Sherwins Mountains and a picture perfect view of Mammoth Rock. A BBQ is available on the patio for use in the summer time. Dogs We love dogs! We will consider dogs with some additional information about the pet and a pet fee. If approved, dogs are not allowed on the couch - unless you bring something to fully cover the couch. (Additional cleaning fee will be charged if the couch requires special cleaning to remove pet hair). Guest access Ground-floor location has easy direct and private entry with two steps to the front door and a private patio that overlooks the pristinely manicured Snowcreek grounds. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the unit (no long walks to bring your stuff inside!) and up to two spaces can accompany the rental. All walkways to the front door are plowed in the winter. This end unit is South-facing towards the Sherwin Mountains; has the best view of Mammoth Rock of any other floor level unit. Security cameras are located outdoors and offer security to the condo. Spa There is a Snowcreek V common area hot tub available to guests between 10am-9pm. It is located just a few minutes walk from the condo. NOTE: This condo is located in an 8-plex. There is a town-wide quite ordinance after 10pm and a local police officer who lives in the neighborhood and enforces ordinances. No parties are permitted and Snowcreek V is a quiet retreat destination. Please keep this in mind as you consider rental options.
