We maintain our house regularly and try our best to give you a fully functional house, but like all houses, some problems may arise like sudden leaking of aircon, bathroom damaged by previous guests, wear and tear of furniture and fixtures, broken appliances like TV, fridge, rice cooker and other repairs that we cannot fix right away due to full booking, budget and maintenance availability. 2. Our pictures are enhanced and meant for best viewing, some discrepancies are expected. You can do ocular first or visit our f-b page for recent photos and videos. 3. Our house is standard for living, please do not expect it to be a hotel which can provide everything guest demands. 4. Our subdivision has lots of plants and trees and very few houses, it's settled in a very rural environment so there will be insects from time to time, but we do insect control regularly. 5. Rare water or electricity interruption is out of our control, but in case of brownout, we will provide a portable generator to power up fans, tv, internet and portable lights. 6. Pool heating takes at least 2 hours to warm up. We also don't recommend pool heating during cold or windy conditions, as it can be difficult to achieve a warm temperature.
