Country life close to town and I5. Very quiet 3100 sq ft upscale house backs up to a pasture and greenspace. Garage parking, gorgeous view out all windows. Very private room and semi private large living area. Share bathroom with my very sweet 17 year old daughter who is rarely home. 3 super friendly dogs who will love you if you love them, or will leave you alone. One very friendly cat. Very clean house, no smoking or pet smells ever. House gets professionally cleaned once a month. The space Beautiful home with a gorgeous and peaceful view. Very quite and safe neighborhood. Fresh air and lots of wildlife to view. Guest access Female guests will have private room in the downstairs daylight basement area. The downstairs is fully furnished with a large screen tv and fireplace. Guest will have exclusive access to a wet bar area with a microwave, toaster oven and small refrigerator. Shared full bathroom with my 17 year old daughter. Guest will also have limited access to upstairs kitchen and laundry area. During your stay I will be at the house to help with whatever you may need. Other things to note Female guests only, unless with a male child.
