Located only 0.4 miles from downtown—(check distance when others say “walkable”) The space **private drive way parking for two cars. (Two extra spots available, if needed). Dogs welcome!** Old Florida Bungalow, is a charming 1920s bungalow close to Historic St. Augustine. An easy 10-15 minute/.04 mile walk to all the old city highlights. Ten minute drive to the beach. It's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation! Outside: enjoy a hot/cold outdoor shower, barbecue grill, and seating for Florida’s pleasant weather. Relax with two bikes to ride, a fire pit, and a hammock in the garden. The private two-car driveway is a rare perk in downtown St. Augustine. Step into the living room, featuring a daybed with a trundle, additional seating, and a table for two. We have a smart TV using Amazon Firestick connected to our WiFi. You can sign in to your own streaming services of choice! Cards, games and books about St Augustine. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, mixer, baking sheets, casserole dishes, and a 30-spice rack with olive oil and condiments. Enough coffee for your stay. I always leave snacks and a bottle of wine from St Augustines own winery. Garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap. Enough for your stay. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with luxurious sheets and extra blankets and pillows. Luggage rack, a chest of drawers, and an armoire. Beach towels, beach blanket, cooler, beach chairs. The bathroom includes a shower/tub, toilet, sink, and washer/dryer combo. Extra bath towels. Clean up/dog towels under bathroom sink. Also, blow dryer, sewing kit, first aid kit. and body wash/shampoo/conditioner Dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per dog. Please let us know what types of dogs you have! Also, if your dogs will be alone in the cottage, they will need to be crated. Please keep all pets off the furniture! I am always happy to accommodate early arrivals/ late departures without a fee, if at all possible. Please try to give me advance notice so I can arrange with the housekeeper. NO EXTRA FEES: As long as my guests take care of my things, I take good care of my guests. I am available 24/7 for any problems, concerns or questions. Guest access You will have full, private access to the cottage! Parking in your own driveway. Self- checkin. Other things to note Lemondrop Cottage is the back half of a converted duplex (you will not see or hear the person on the other side) with a private driveway, two parking spots, porch, and entrance.
