Prior to checking in: - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for room location and early arrivals but these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. -Minimum age requirement for check in is 21 years of age. Pets are not permitted at this resort (strictly enforced) with the exception of Service Animals (i.e. Seeing Eye Dog). - Please note that none of our studio accommodations are handicap accessible. - Elevators are based upon availability. - Limited entry level accommodations. - 24-hour front desk and security. - Upon arrival each accommodation is provided with a first-day starter pack of coffee, creamer, etc. Additional packs may be purchased at the front desk reception. - Marina hours are 8 am – 5 pm, 7 days/week. 3. When checking in: -Enhanced COVID-19 precautions to keep guests and staff safe are in effect. - Photo identification and a major credit card deposit of $300 is required (no cash will be accepted) for all reservation types. -Please note all exchange and hotel guest reservations (including owner and member rental) will include a nightly $9.95 + tax resort fee. The resort fee is complimentary for all week owners and member point bookings. This fee will cover your access to Wi-Fi, recreational facilities, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness room, mini golf and boarding pass printing. - A resort fee of $9.95 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation. -FREE pdf local guide available upon request. -Accommodation assigned at check in may not match pictures provided on listing and are for general reference/information ONLY. -ALL service requests (towels, maintenance needed, noisy neighbors...) must be addressed with the resort's front desk staff. -This is a timeshare resort and as such, staff may offer free incentives in exchange for a "presentation/information" session on a scheduled time slot. Guests ARE NOT obligated to purchase ownership or attend sale presentation unless they willingly accept terms of such incentives (free tickets, free meals....) and decide to become owners. -Host does not live/work near resort booked, please contact resort staff for any concerns/issues with the facility.
