This 1940's, clean with modern amenities house, is nicely situated in the historic, gold rush town of Mariposa. The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite! The space This unique home has 1940's character. Open the windows or lounge on the outdoor patio to enjoy the charm of hearing the historic courthouse bell chime on the hour. This 2 bed/1 bath is clean and comfortable. With four recliners to relax in after a long day enjoyed outdoors in nearby Yosemite. Plan on preparing meals or snacks in the fully stocked kitchen that includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans and storage containers for leftovers. Or if you'd rather take the day off from cooking, highly suggested restaurants are within a short walk. Enjoy breakfast at the table with the French doors open to the shade filled patio. Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience and use. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. Guest access Enjoy the entire 1200 sq ft home. Soak up the sun in the front yard with a beautiful green lawn or cozy up under the majestic shady oak in the, more secluded back yard. Other things to note This home provides wifi, however it does not have a landline phone. You will be reliant on your cell phone for calls. Checkout instructions and fees: Please checkout on time, 10am, unless approved otherwise. Unapproved late checkout can face a fee of $30/hour. The reason for this fee is because housekeeping is charging as they wait to begin. If you are approved for late checkout it allows me to communicate with housekeeping and plan accordingly. Checkout procedures: Trash gathered and put in can Dishes started in the dishwasher Towels started in the washer Heat/Air set to off House locked Please communicate any issues you may have noticed so we can resolve them quickly prior to next guest. Should you choose to not complete checkout requests you can face a fee of $10/task for a total of no more than $30/stay. We are understanding to unique needs.
